As as well as co-founder of artist unit Neon O’clock Works, Tomihiro Kono is also a recognized hair stylist in the fashion industry. Working with partner Sayaka Maruyama he extends his creative imagination in many art forms; and foremost are his collection of bespoke head props seen here in the video.
Taking inspiration from everything, Tomi has organically found materials to work with, stumbling upon bird feathers in the park, using vintage laces or spikes or leathers and metals. The result is an extraordinary collection of imaginings.
